1. Clean your skin twice a day

One of the reasons our skin gets dried out is due to dehydration. We people don’t consume water before feeling thirsty or get an urge to drink water. It is recommended to drink around 2 liters of water every day as it keeps us hydrated all day and also keeps our skin healthy.
3. Apply toner after using the cleanser
Toners are used to remove the hydrate your skin and remove all the dead cells and dirt, which is left behind cleansing. Just after cleansing, tap directly onto your skin or use a cotton pad and apply it on your face gently.
4. Moisturize your skin with a moisturizer
Generally, after applying toner, our skin gets dried out. Hence to get it rehydrated, you can use a moisturizer onto your skin in upward and circular motions to the face and neck. Moisturizer is very important for our skin to keep it hydrated as our skin loses its moisturizing capability as its age. Hence, moisturizers can complement the naturally found protective oils.
5. Exercise daily for glowing skin
Exercise is one of the best tactics to have glowing skin. Exercise helps in increasing blood flow and nourish skin cells. Since skin helps in boosting blood circulation, blood carries essential nutrients and oxygen to working cells throughout the body. Blood flow also helps to eliminate toxic elements present in our body.
Exercise like running, jogging, skipping, weightlifting are some of the exercises which you can do to improve your skin health.
6. Avoid smoking
Smoking has a severe effect on our bodies and skin. Smoking results in wrinkles and fast aging of our skin or premature aging of the skin. It also causes our skin to get saggy. If you are a regular smoker, you have a high chance of developing skin cancer.

7. Apply skin serum at night
