Bone marrow diseases
The main source of the releases and formation of the red blood cells is the bone marrow. In most cases when people have bone marrow problems and be affected with different diseases it means that the bone marrow will start producing abnormal blood cells.
Bone marrow diseases are affect many children and adult every year it has become a life threatening and rare disease they include;
1. Pure Red Cell Aplasia (PRCA)
In most cases the disorder happens when malnutrition arrest happens so as to form erythrocytes .It is also known to be macrocytic or normocytic and its characteristics include; presence of mature erythroblast in the bone marrow and also severe anemia.
2. Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobin (PNH)
This disease is rare but it is also known to be acquired life –threatening to the blood. Its characteristics include thrombosis, induced intravascular hemolytic anemia and appearance of hemoglobin in the urine or red urine. Another name is Marchiafava-Micheli syndrome.
3. Myelodysplastic Syndrome
For this disorder it involve the stem cells that rare formed in the bone marrow are considered to be defective and as a result the blood cells are functioning poorly. In most cases MDS are triggered by the chemotherapy and radiation and also age. Over time the MDS progresses to acute leukemia.
Bone Cancer
In most cases bone cancer is known to be rare type of cancer .For the bone cancer pain is one of the most common symptoms that is known and in most cases it is caused when the pathways that are in control of the profanation and the growth are disrupted.
Further the development of bone cancer can be as a result of some hereditary factors and also environmental factors.
Aplastic Anemia (AA)
As for this disease it involves reduced number of the blood cells due to the failure of the bone marrow. It is known to be characterized by less growth of stem cell and no growth that are known to be precursors of all blood cells in the bone marrow.
