Ways to prevent asthma and coughing at night
Asthma is a condition whereby the lungs are blocked, leading to difficulty in breathing. It may be because of an allergy towards something like cold, food or dust. The adverse effects are coughing and sneezing most of the time, which seems uncomfortable.
An attack of asthma during the night can be one of the most devastating scenarios. It is a severe condition as it deprives one of sleep due to continuous coughing. This can also be associated with chest pains, which can be very adverse.

• Consumption of vegetables and fruits that are rich in antioxidants helps in boosting the immune system. These and other ways will help in reducing coughing at night and adverse asthma attack in the course of the night.
