Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia; The Causes and contributing factors

The Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Is enlargement of the prostate gland enlargement in male when they get older. This condition causes uncomfortable urinary tract symptom like blocking the fellow of urine. This condition also causes problems for kidney, urinary tract and bladder.
The prostate gland surrounds the neck of the bladder. Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia is non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland. But the size of the gland does not determine the symptoms.
The symptoms depend upon the condition of the prostate gland and with the passage of time the situation gets worst. Frequent need for urination, blood in urine, and difficulty in urination such as weak urine stream and dribbling of urine at the end.

Causes;
There is no known cause for enlarged prostate gland that results in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. But there are some assumptions and researches evidence that support the following causes for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
The contributing factor and causes are;
Hormones;
Some expert considered hormonal imbalance to be the primary causes of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. They believe Androgen to play a pervasive role in the development of conditions like BPH.
Other cause may include Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which is a metabolite of testosterone also considered as a critical mediator of a condition like enlarged prostate glands.
Some evidence shows that high-level Estrogen also plays some role in causing conditions like Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. When the level of testosterone drops in man blood and female hormone estrogen level increase contribute to developing of the prostate cell result in the large prostate gland which causes BPH.
Degeneration;
The Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia is considering as age-related disease in males. The development of BPH is the consequences of tissues called fibrosis and muscular weakness in prostate gland cell. The muscle tissues help the gland by providing the force to extract the fluid produced by prostate glands.

Other factors may be lack of physical activities which results in obesity, poor eating habits and metabolic disorders. Impaired glucose metabolism and a high level of triglyceride and fat accumulation in the body also play a contributing role in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
