Homemade Chicken Burger
One small onion, one large slice of tomato,1tea spoon dried oregano,500g skinless and boneless chicken, lettuce leaves, olive oil, sea salt, fresh crushed black paper, mayonnaise one tea spoon and four burger buns that are sliced into halves.
With the mixing bowl place the chicken in the bowl then add onion,salt,oregano and grind some pepper into it and mix them very well then afterwards divide the chicken into four and give them a shape them into patties with 2cm thickness.
With a heated frying pan and ensure that the temperature is medium hot. The patties made place them in the pan and space them well apart. For four minutes cook them while turning them with a spatula very careful.
The patties should be well seared and lifted off easily if they are not cooked a bit longer. Afterwards take them out and leave them to cool for a while.
Take the sliced bun and lightly toast the slice a part. The mayonnaise should be whisk with mustered and spread on the side of the burn ,then add lettuce and sliced tomato and then add patties on top.Further,add the herbs or avocado or slice, or bacon, or cheese.
Homemade Caramelized Onion Veggie Burger:
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Yield: 6 burgers
6 burns,8 sliced tomato, fresh basil leaves, salt ,yellow cornmeal ½ cup, chopped onions 3 cups, garlic clove 1 large, fresh thyme leaves 1 table spoon, olive oil 2 table spoons,cremini mushroom ½ pound, breadcrumbs ¾,whisked egg 1,and goat cheese crumble 2 ounces.
Pulse garlic, mushroom and thyme leaves finely using a food processor then hit the skillet until medium high and put 1 table spoon of olive oil and then cook the onions. The caramelizing onions take time so one needs to be patient until it is golden brown.
After the onions turning golden add mushrooms and let them cook for2-3 minutes until the liquid evaporates then remove them to cool.
Take whisked egg, salt, lentils with breadcrumbs and the mushroom mixture and mix them together and form 6 patties. Take a shallow a shallow plate and spread the cornmeal to the patties and coat them evenly.
The patties need to be fried thus take nonstick skillet and heat it over a medium heat and let them cook for 3 minutes on both sides until they turn golden brown and the cheese melts. Next place the burger on lightly toasted bun and add dollop of goat cheese, tomato and basil leaves so as to complete the burger. The burger is now ready enjoying the treat.
