Benjamin Richard Croshaw is 37 years (born 24th May 1983) being the younger of his brother who they do not communicate since he moved to the US.

He attended Eastland Primary School, after which he attended Abbots Farm Middle School. He finally attended Lawrence Sherrif School, where he made his first adventure game before he dropped out.

Croshaw is mostly known for his inventive computer games, but he is also an Author, Video Game Journalist, and British Comedic Writer.

He gained attention and fame in the Adventure Game Studio (AGS) for his video game production.

He moved to Australia at the age of 20. His parents were against his gaming career since they wanted him to pursue his education further.

He moved to the United States in 2016. Yahtzee currently lives in San Francisco, California, in the United States of America.

Yahtzee is known for his video game review series, Zero Punctuation for the Escapist Magazine, which started in 2007.

He has created over 600 episodes to date. Croshaw has reviewed video games such as Call of Duty 4: Modern Warefare, Spec Ops: The Line and Psychonauts, Silent Hill 2, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, and many others giving their pros and cons on Youtube.

Dark souls and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time are among Yahtzee’s favorite games.
Some of his recognizable AGS games include The Trials of Odysseus Kent, Lunchtime of the Damned, which boasts more than 50 episodes, Adventures in the Galaxy of Fantabulous Wonderment, the 1213 series, Trilby: The Art of Theft., and Chzo Mythos.

In July 2015, Croshaw started another video series for The Escapist called Judging by the duvet, where Croshaw reviewed video games and films by watching their box art or Cover. This series ended in October 2017.

As a writer, Yahtzee has published five novels; Dark Horse Comics: Mogworld (published August 2010), Jam (published October 2012), Will Save The Galaxy For Food {published February 2017), Differently Morphous (published March 2019), and Will Destroy The Galaxy For Cash (published September 2019).

He has two unpublished novels on his Website; Articulate Jim: A Search For Something and Fog Juice.

Yahtzee was one of the co-founders of Mana Bar and video gaming lounge that opened in 2010. The Mana Bar both venues closed on 24th May 2015. He also hosts a podcast on his website since 13th April 2011.

Some of his worst games include; Thief (in 2014), The Order: 1886 (in 2015), The Revolution (in 2016), Ghost Warrior 3 (in 2017), and Hunt Down The Freeman (in 2018).

His best games include; Doom (2006), Saints Row 2 (2008), Just Cause 2 (2010), Undertale (2015), Resident Evil 7: Biohazard (2017), and Return Of Obra Dinn (2018).
Croshaw starred in Game Damage with Matt Burgess and Yug.

As of 21st October 2017, Yahtzee remains The Escapist Magazine’s last and only paid employee.
In May 2019, Croshaw pledged to prototype twelve different game designs monthly for twelve months with a video diary released every fortnight.

Croshaw got married to his long-time girlfriend, Kess Wrath, in July 2018. Kess says she first met Croshaw in Australia at Mana Bar, then she liked him, after which they fell in love and dated for some time before they got married.

Kess is reportedly from a wealthy family. Some conspiracies say that Kess was stalking the writer before they met and that the meeting was all planned.

It rose because it seems too much of a coincidence for them to meet at Croshaw’s Mana bar and then meet the day after.

Croshaw keeps his life secretive though the couple is happy together. There are rumors that Yahtzee moved to the US because of Kess leaving Gabe thus leaving people asking if he with move again for a relationship.
