When he was a senior, Stefon recorded 770yards and 8 touchdowns and rached up 277 rushing yards and three more touchdowns on the ground. Moreover, he recorded 31.5 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and 1 sack. He was awarded by and recognized by The Washington Post for his good work. In 2012, he was invited to play in the US after being named MVP of the US in 2011.

In 2011, he placed 7 Th in the 100-meter dash in the prelims of the Bill Carver Tand F classic within 12.00 seconds and led 4x200m to a third- place finish within 1:32.10 minutes. In 2012, as a freshman he played in11 out of 12 games at wide receiver and on special teams. Ankle injury denied him a chance to play the one game. He attained second rank in the ACC and eighth in the nation with 172.4 all-purpose yards per game .He was ranked second with his 1896 all-purpose yards in a single season in the school history. He earned ACC Rookie of the week honors for his play against Virginia .He caught four passes for 89 yards and 147 yards on three kickoff returns hence recording 239 all-purpose yards and earning ACC specialist honors of the week.

In 2013, sophomore season, Diggs played6 games and missed 6 last games due to injury. Though being injured he was selected coach. In his campaigns against FIU, he recorded 98 yards receiving and one touchdown and 70 return yards on 3 kickoffs. He attained 110 receiving yards and one touchdown against Connecticut. Unfortunately, he broke his right leg and he had recorded 34 passes for 587 yards and 3 touchdowns.

In 2014 junior season, Stefon Diggs in Maryland led his team in receptions with 62, 792receiving yards and 5 touchdowns just in 10 games. For the season he got 100 yard receiving games and also yielded 127 yards for balls .To add up with, he had 112 yards and a touchdown at Indiana. At Ohio state, he posted 7 catches for 52yards and scored. Having been suspended and also with a lacerated kidney

He missed the 2 final games in Michigan State. At the end of the season he had 10 catches for 138 yards and was able to set up first touchdown in Terps.
